Cookie policy

In short

Rust Investor only stores in your browser what is essential for the site to work. There is no advertising, we do not measure your visits and we do not follow what you do on other websites. That is why we do not ask for permission: we just tell you what is stored and why.

What is stored and why

• Your language, so the site shows up in Spanish or English next time.
• Your Steam session, so you do not have to sign in again on every page. It only exists if you sign in with Steam or use the builder.
• Security: the service that protects the site (Cloudflare) may store a piece of data to tell people from bots and stop attacks.
• Your preferences: currency (€ or $), favourites, alerts, electricity blueprints, your builder base and that you have seen this notice. They stay in your browser; if you signed in with Steam, your favourites, alerts and blueprints are also saved in your account so you have them on any device.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising cookies, visit statistics or social media buttons that follow you. Fonts come from our own server. Skin images and avatars may come from Steam's servers.

How to delete it

You can delete everything this site has stored from your browser settings. If you do, your session will close and what was saved only in the browser will be lost (what is in your Steam account is kept).

How we process your data: privacy policy.
